Transmissions and transfer cases are another one of our specialties here at Specialty Jeeps. We remove the transmission or transfer case and we put them in our stand up wash cabinet that removes all the dirt, grease and grime inside and out We inspect every component and replace worn parts with brand new from one of our manufacturers like Crown Automotive Products. We prime and paint the transmission/transfer case and re-install it. Numerous times people come to us thinking their transmission needs replaced but most times it's a simple fix. Two of the most common problems with a transmission is it won't go into gear or it pops out of second gear. The parts in the transmission top get worn which doesn't allow the transmission to shift and the transmission popping out of second gear is usually a worn second gear or syncronizer gears worn.
